Bookings and inquirys:

Making an inquiry for a reservation through the calendar on casasblanca.com is not binding.

A booking is confirmed at first when the renter has made the first installment for 20% of the rental price. Last day to pay the final 80% of the rental price is 30 days from check in. By making a payment and finalizing the booking the renter (person that make the booking) automatically agrees to these terms and conditions.

Along with a booking the renter also agrees to pay a damage deposit of €200. The damage deposit is refunded to the renter within 7 days after checkout if there is no abnormal wear or damages on the property.

All bookings made on casasblanca.com are possible to cancel until 60 days from check in date with a full refund minus any transaction fees. Cancellations made between 30-60 days from check in is refunded at 50% of the amount paid minus any transaction fees. Cancellations made within 30 days from check in is not refunded. If you get ill with short notice your home insurance policy usually covers this and we will help you out with a certificate of your booking with us.

To book through casasblanca.com you need to be at least 25 years of age.

The renter is obliged with filling and sign in the travelers form containing the following details of all the members of the traveling party (over 16 years of age): Name, Date of birth, Passport number, Date of issue, Date of expiry, Sex and Country of issue.

In the event the property is not available for use during the rental term, with less than two weeks notice, due to reasons events or circumstances beyond the control of the owner, the owner will apply due diligence and good faith efforts to locate a replacement property that equals or exceeds the property with respect to occupancy capacity, location and value that meets the reasonable satisfaction of the renter. If such replacement property cannot be found and made available, the owner shall immediately return all payments made by the the renter plus 20%, whereupon this agreement shall be terminated and renter and and owner shall have no further obligations or liabilities in any manner pertaining to this agreement.

 

During the stay:

The renter and all the members of its party are obliged to follow the rules for the property and the rules for the community. Not complying with these rules can result in this rental agreement being terminated and thus the rental period cut short. It is not allowed to exceed the maximum nubers of guests listed for each property.

No parties or events nor are allowed in any Casas Blanca property.

Smoking is prohibited inside any Casas Blanca property.

The renter agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal affects and other items brought into the property by the renter or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of the renter and its guests with regard to any theft, damage, destruction or other loss and the owner shall not be responsible or liable for any reason whatsoever.

The renter hereby covenants and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the owner from and against any costs, damages, liabilities, claims, legal fees and other actions for any damages, costs, attorneys fees incurred by the renter, permitted guests, visitors or agents, representatives or successors of the renter due to any claims relating to destruction of property or injury to persons or loss of life sustained by the renter or family and visitors of the renter in or about the property and renter expressly agrees to save and hold the owner harmless in all such cases.

The renter also waives and releases any claims against the owner for any injuries or death that may be sustained by the renter on or near or adjacent to the property, including any common facilities, activities or amenities. The renter agrees to use any such facilities or amenities entirely at the renters own initiative, risk and responsibility.

The property is provided in “as is” condition. The owner shall use its best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities in the property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access or similar. The owner shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible. The renter acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fireplaces, decks, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children and such use is at the renters own risk.
